Just over 10 years ago, in our very first issue of GFF Magazine (it was a print mag back then), we featured Sadie, the owner of San Francisco-based vegan, GF sourdough Bread SRSLY. Hers was the first bread I’d had since going GF 14 years before, and as a native San Franciscan, I was blown away at how good her sourdough was.     Snacks are fine but need to put more emphasis on the prizes either for the season, or the items everybody wants but will have a hardtime getting, or the new electronics or clothes styles for both e=gender or a new something on the horizon or not in the stores yet to be what everybody may want.
