MAKES 1 This luscious treat is also a protein powerhouse thanks to the milk, ice cream, and 1½ NoGii bars, which has 12 grams of protein and adds extra-delicious dimension with chocolate and salt-kissed caramel.

2 NoGii Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Caramel Protein D’Lites bars
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup milk
Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
Maraschino cherry (optional)

With a sharp knife, slice one of the NoGii bars in half widthwise. Cut a 3/4-inch slit in one of the corners o the halved bar. Set aside. Save the other half for another use—if you can resist it.

Chop the remaining NoGii bar into pieces, then transfer to a blender with the ice cream, and milk. Blend until combined. Transfer to a glass, top with whipped cream and cherry, then garnish with the halved NoGii bar. Enjoy!
