Red Wine Sherry Vinaigrette

MAKES 1/2 CUP

Ingredients

  • 1 small clove garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, vinegars, honey, salt, and pepper and allow to macerate for 10 minutes. Whisk in the oil. Set aside until ready to use. Whisk the vinaigrette again right before adding to the salad.
