Brûléed Grapefruit Gluten-Free Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler. Halve grapefruit crosswise. Run a paring knife along the edges of each grapefruit segment to loosen. In a small bowl, mix together tablespoon honey and melted coconut oil. Drizzle evenly over each half, sprinkle with cinnamon, and broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
