Gluten-Free Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup tapioca flour also known as tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl or baking dish.
