MARINATED SHALLOT

Servings 3 TABLESPOONS (ENOUGH FOR ABOUT 48 BLINI)

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot (large)
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, toss 1 large shallot, sliced paper-thin, with 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Let macerate for at least 10 minutes.
