Garlicky Roasted Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, dried and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a ziplock plastic bag or covered container and let marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the green beans in one layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve.
