Apricot Rooibos Tea Gluten-Free Recipe

MAKES 2 CUPS

Ingredients

  • 4 dried apricots, halved
  • 2 teaspoons loose-leaf rooibos tea, or 2 rooibos tea bags

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Place the apricots and tea into a French press or large mug. Pour the boiling water over the ingredients, steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain, discarding the solids, and serve hot or over ice.
