Gluten-Free Ginger Punch Recipe
Gluten free ginger punch is a reviving spa-like treat worth serving at parties or every day.
You’ll need a juicer to make fresh ginger juice (so worth it—you can also mix it with hot water and honey for a reviving spa-like treat!). At the stunning Siam luxury hotel in Bangkok, they serve this beverage over ice cubes made of apple and ginger juices. If you’re game, we recommend you do the same.
Servings 2 people
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly pressed ginger juice
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup available at well-stocked liquor stores
- 2 cups soda water
- 2 basil sprigs for garnish (optional)
Mix together the apple and ginger juices in a small bowl. Slowly pour half of the pomegranate syrup around the inside edge of each of two highball glasses. Fill each glass with ice cubes, add the mixed juices, top with soda water, and garnish with a basil sprig.
