Product Review: Canyon Bakehouse’s Bagels

Canyon Bakehouse’s gluten free bagels are the best gluten free bagels available on a national level. They’re not the quintessential ultrachewy and dense New York-style gluten bagels, so don’t expect that. (We’ve only found those at a few bakeries in the U.S.) These are somewhere in the middle–between ultimate bagel and bread, with nice chew and delicious flavor. They come in flavors of plain, “everything,” and slightly sweet blueberry and are made from whole grains, non-GMO, and best when toasted.

INGREDIENTS: Water, tapioca flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, organic agave syrup, extra virgin olive oil, whole grain sorghum flour, xanthan gum, cultured brown rice flour, egg whites, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potato flour, mono calcium phosphate), sunflower seeds, dried onion, dried garlic, poppy seeds, golden flax seeds, ground flax, yeast, sea salt, vinegar (organic cane sugar vinegar), enzymes.
