Product Review: Taste of Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix

This mix produces a cake that is subtly sweet and a little savory with a mildly crumbly texture. While we noticed a slightly slick residual mouthfeel, it didn’t deter us from ranking this gluten free vanilla cake mix as one of the better ones we tried.
