Namaste and King Arthur are my favorite ones. And as for yellow / white cake mix – hands down King Arthur!!! It is even good raw, I know I know, don’t crucify me on the raw batter cross!!! I LOVE it, the only one I like raw!

I normally take the easier approach and use cake mixes. A few that I have enjoyed are ones by Magnolia Bread Company (GF, NF,DF and SF), Krusteaz, Pillsbury and Betty Crocker. I love desserts and love Amazon, so looks like I’ll be trying some of ones listed above!
