Product Review: Country Archer Provisions Fuego Beef Jerky
It’s fun to say “fuego,” as in fire in Spanish. But it’s even more fun to eat Country Archer Provisions’ fuego beef jerky. Yes. It’s a bit hot, but not drown-out-the-flavor hot. It’s spicy enough to perk up your taste buds, but it’s also fantastically flavored and moist with great chew. In truth, it’s some of the best beef jerky we’ve tried, and we’ve tried a lot. It’s also certified gluten-free beef jerky, made from grass-fed beef, free from nitrates or any other weird ingredients, and reasonably priced.

INGREDIENTS: Grass-fed beef, organic brown sugar (organic sugar, organic molasses), gluten-free tamari soy sauce, organic seasoned rice vinegar dressing), water, pineapple juice, garlic, arbol chili spice blend, organic GF worcestershire sauce, organic sugar, salt, organic garlic powder, organic onion powder, black pepper, and ginger.
