Product Review: Amy’s Gluten-Free Rice Mac & Cheese

This frozen gluten free mac & cheese is the counterpart to Amy’s GF/DF version, and it’s just as good. Reminiscent of classic (i.e. gluten) frozen mac and cheese, it’s creamy, rich and saucy with mild-cheddar flavor, and it requires no additional ingredients or preparation–just heat and eat! One word of advice: take the time to heat it in the oven; the texture, complete with some good crustiness, is better than when you heat it in a microwave.


INGREDIENTS: Organic rice pasta (organic rice flour, water), organic lowfat milk, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes [without animal enzymes or rennet]), butter (cream, salt), organic sweet rice flour, sea salt, organic annatto. 



OTHER HELPFUL INFO: Soy- and tree nut- free, kosher; No GMO’s
