Product Review: Annie’s Gluten Free Rice Pasta and Cheddar
This gluten free mac and cheese is similar to the boxed Kraft Mac & Cheese we all loved as kids, right down to the powdered sauce mix. But once reconstituted, the sauce is slightly sweeter. We like it best when the pasta is cooked al dente (it keeps its shape better) and when we add less liquid to the sauce mix than is called for (it can be a bit runny). Regardless, Annie’s is a solid, widely available, kid-friendly option for a quick gluten free mac and cheese dinner.
