Product Review: Banza Chickpea Pasta Mac and Cheese Deluxe Rich and Creamy Cheddar

If you are looking for a “healthier” mac and cheese (as if), try this one. The pasta is made of chickpea-flour pasta, so it has twice the protein of regular pasta and (18 grams/serving) and four times the fiber (8 grams/serving). But who cares if it doesn’t taste great? Fortunately, Banza Chickpea Pasta Mac and Cheese delivers. Although this gluten free macaroni and cheese has a denser texture than wheat or rice pasta, it totally works, and the sauce is very creamy and classically tasty. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak in a few more veggies on mac and cheese night.
