They are crispy with a good sweet-salty balance and a buttery-crunchy finish and definitely one of the favorites among our testers. They contain sorghum and buckwheat which means you get the bonus of a little extra nutrition with your indulgence. Also, this cookie is one of the few dairy-, soy- and egg-free options available.
