Product Review: Tate’s Bake Shop Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tate’s is pretty much everyone’s favorite gluten free chocolate chip cookie, including ours. Ultra crispy, buttery, and light, with great sugar-salt balance and hints of caramel and butterscotch, these cookies are completely irresistible, which is unfortunate since there are only about 14 wide but ultrathin cookies per bag and they’re quite easy to go through. Still, one taste and you’ll agree–resistance is futile.

These cookies are crispy and buttery and yummy. I could be wrong, but I think these are the same cookies you can get at Trader Joe’s in their packaging!
