Product Review: Wow Baking Company Chocolate Chip Wheat & Gluten Free Cookies

We were pleasantly surprised by the taste of these ultra-soft, smallish football-shaped cookies. They have a moist, smooth and silky texture the kind of classic flavor that makes you feel like you got what you needed out of a chocolate chip cookie–no easy feat in gluten free cookie products, as you probably know.
