Product Review: Betty Crocker Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix

A real crowd-pleaser, the brownies made with this gluten free brownie mix are dense and chewy with a moist crumb and rich chocolate flavor. Chocolate chips and a shiny, crackled top add to the texture A bonus for this mix is that it is one of the most readily available in regular grocery stores and one of the least expensive, which is great if you’re in a dessert pinch and want a treat that delivers! When cutting the brownies, be prepared for them to be a bit sticky, perhaps with gooey chocolate bits clinging to the knife, which makes it more difficult to slice into neat squares.
