Happy Vegan Hot Cocoa

How serious am I (editor, Erika) about this rich and chocolaty vegan hot cocoa? Let me put it this way: I make and drink it daily. And I mean daily. Who needs coffee to start the day? This delicious drink feels decadent and good for me at the same time. Try it and see, provided you’re a fan or dark, rich, European-style hot chocolate.

Happy Vegan Hot Cocoa

This ultra-dark and rich vegan hot cocoa is so popular at my house, I should buy stock in Guittard, as I use their “rouge” cocoa powder for this treat–Every. Single. Day. It’s so wholesome, I don’t feel bad having more than one cup. Try it and forgive me for your next drink obsession.
