PRODUCT REVIEW: This brown sugar cookie mix provides the base for your own additions and creations. Add your favorite mix-ins, such as chocolate chips, dried cranberries, nuts or even oatmeal. The results are crispy and golden outside, chewy and buttery inside with a classic-cookie taste.


INGREDIENTS: Specialty flour blend (tapioca starch, rice flour), cane sugar, brown sugar, whole grain brown rice flour, cornstarch, molasses (molasses, maltodextrin), natural vanilla flavor, salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda.



OTHER HELPFUL INFO: Non-GMO, non-dairy;Instructions for dairy-free cookies included on the box. To prepare this mix, you will need ½ cup (1 stick) of butter, 1 egg, water and 1 to 3 cups of your favorite add-ins (such as chocolate chips or dried cranberries).

  1. I’m sure you could! You may want to add a bit extra liquid ingredients if you don’t want a drier cookie, but you can test by adding some to a bit of dough and cooking it and then adjusting from there!
