A gluten-free-certified, non-GMO, and organic ode to the prohibited Wheat Thin, these slightly curled, rectangular crackers are a wee bit thicker than Wheat Thins and they have a different flavor, too. But we find these savory, sturdy, cheese-ready gluten-free crackers to be quite delicious. In fact, it’s easy to open and enjoy a box without even reaching for something to top them with. They’re extremely different from Mary’s original crackers, which is good because variation is the spice of life, right?
