Product Review: Udi’s Gluten Free Delicious Multigrain

It was a love-hate relationship with Udi’s original gluten-free bread–it tasted great and had good bread-like texture, but the slices were too small. Their latest recipe, name (Udi’s Gluten Free Delicious) resolves the size issue–these gluten free multigrain bread slices are big enough that you can have a serious sandwich. The flavor, though different, is good, too, with its toasty flavor and slightly sweet finish. Sometimes the bread is a wee bit too moist, making it so you need to gently pull slices apart out of the bag. But it’s a small price to pay for a good piece of bread. Bonus: the bread is available in regular and extra-large (and we mean EXTRA large) loaves.

I love Udi’s GF bread although the only way I eat it s toasted. However, the loaves keep getting smaller!! On now to add insult to injury, lately the loaf is full of huge air pockets!

Not good… I will be looking for a better product.
