Chocolatey Goodness
Justin’s Organic Mini Peanut Butter Cups Dark Chocolate
Think Reese’s but waaaay better and organic with salty, creamy peanut butter and rich, smooth dark chocolate. We like these individually wrapped minis for portion control (yeah right) and the fact that they don’t sometimes arrive with dry, powdery peanut butter insides–a problem we’ve experienced frequently with the larger (totally yummy) version as of late.
Certified gluten free, non-GMO, kosher; contains peanuts and soy; amazon.com or justins.com for store locator
Alter Eco Classic Dark Truffles

Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter Cups
Two pieces in a package, these salty-sweet disks are rich, not too sweet, and very allergy-friendly. Expect a dark chocolate shell surrounding smooth and gritty, salty sunflower butter filling.

Enjoy Life Chocolate Bar Ricemilk Crunch
An allergy-friendly version of Nestle’s Crunch combines uber-sweet chocolate with crisp, toasty rice in a four-segment, fudgy bar.

Schär Gluten Free Chocolix
A cross between a cookie and a candy bar similar to a Twix Bar, these individually wrapped treats that come five per box are long cookie strips layered with caramel and coated with milk chocolate.
Certified gluten free, non-GMO, no eggs, contains milk and soy; schaer.com for store locator
M&M’s Milk Chocolate Candies
A timeless classic of yummy milk chocolate centers surrounded by brightly-colored candy shells, these perpetually accessible candies are gluten-free. However, they regularly come out with seasonal or limited-edition variations, so be sure to grab classic M&Ms to be safe. Or carefully read the label on special editions. Regardless, they go down easy by the handful or as a special ingredient in chocolate chip cookies. Note: the company, Mars Wrigley, cannot confirm that raw materials used in manufacturing the candies did not come in contact with gluten, however gluten or wheat is not listed in the contains statement. Additionally, Nima Sensor has tested many varieties of M&M’s and have found most varieties to be free of gluten (see the article here).
Contains milk and soy; kosher; amazon.com or just about all supermarkets
M&M’s Peanut Chocolate Candies
The classics plus a salted peanut center provides all the pleasure of M&Ms, plus extra flavor and crunch. Again, the company, Mars Wrigley, cannot confirm that raw materials used in manufacturing the candies did not come in contact with gluten, however gluten or wheat is not listed in the contains statement; Nima Sensor has tested many varieties of M&M’s and have found most varieties to be free of gluten (see the article here).

Snickers Original
Manufacturer, Mars, claims this nutty, gooey, ultra-satisfying bar is the world’s best-selling candy bar. And why not? Toasted peanuts snuggled in rich caramel and pillowy nougat blanketed in creamy milk chocolate is the ultimate celebration of sweet-salty flavor and creamy, crunchy, chewy texture.

These individually-wrapped rectangles of spicy deliciousness are made with five simple ingredients: cane sugar, ginger, tapioca starch, natural apple flavor, cinnamon oil. They’ve got chewy, pull-out-your-fillings texture reminiscent of a Sugar Daddy, only with surprising flavors of warm spiced apple and punchy ginger. To preserve dental work, let them dissolve slowly in your mouth or stir two pieces in a mug of hot water to dissolve, then enjoy them as a super-flavorful, comforting cup of tea.

M&M’s may not have gluten, but the package says they may contain gmos
I tried the alter eco- I got the salted caramel.. so good! Gluten free chocolate- first time in years I did not have a reaction to chocolate.
This makes me so so happy! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for this great review! And citing those candies that have other allergens!
GMO’s and SOY kills it for me.
Soy is considered one of the most genetically modified ingredients out there (read 95% on non-gmo site).
Both gluten and GMO’s just started making me sick out of the blue!?!? Been a year & half now & no going/looking back! A Blessing no doubt about it!
