Chocolate Peanut-Butter Popsicles

This recipe for rich, chocolaty, protein-laden ice pops also makes a decadent smoothie for two if you use frozen banana and cold milk (or milk alternative) and serve it fresh from the blender. These gluten free popsicles will be loved by every member of your family.

Chocolate Peanut-Butter Popsicles Gluten-Free Recipe

MAKES 6 (3-OUNCE) POPSICLES 
Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture into ice-pop molds. Insert ice-pop sticks, freeze for at least 5 hours, then briefly run the molds under hot water to release the pops.
