Product Review: Taste Republic’s Fresh GF Pastas

It’s a serious treat to enjoy fresh gluten free pasta, and we haven’t found better than the fresh pastas from Taste Republic. They’re simply fantastic. Available in a variety of shapes, they’re everything you wish GF pasta would be: silken, soft, and slightly chewy with real-deal flavor, minus the gluten. Find them in the refrigerated section at well-stocked supermarkets or online and enjoy their incredible texture and flavor with your favorite sauce.

INGREDIENTS: For fettucine: brown rice flour, water, potato starch, tapioca starch, whole egg, egg white, contains 2% or less: xanthan gum, salt, *glucono-delta-lactone.
*glucono-delta-lactone is a natural acidifier found in wine and honey
