Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 rooibos tea bags
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced ripe, fresh peaches (from about 2 pounds peaches) or thawed frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Juice from 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a mug, pour the water over the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes, then lift out the tea bags and squeeze the liquid from them into the mug.
  2. In a blender, combine the tea, peaches, orange juice, agave syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth, then divide among 8 (3-ounce) popsicle molds. Freeze for 1 hour, insert popsicle sticks into the center of each, and freeze until firm, approximately 3 hours longer.
