Strawberries with Sour Cream and Brown Sugar Gluten-Free Recipe

Sometimes the end of a meal needs just a little something sweet. Other times, it’s too hard to make dessert and you need something easy, elegant, and satisfying. This gluten-free dessert recipe is all that and more. Make sure to get super juicy, fresh, in-season strawberries–their vibrant flavor does all the work for you!

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar


  1. Arrange the berries in a bowl. Place the sour cream and brown sugar in separate small ramekins. To eat, dip a strawberry in the sour cream, then into the sugar.
