From Pamela’s Crispy Cookie product line, these delicately thin cookies are indeed crispy, as well as buttery with good-quality chocolate chunks. Made with wholesome ingredients, including lots of organics, they are in the Tate’s cookie style, but have a distinct difference in flavor, with a subtle dark caramel finish.
